bus' up

Got myself to keiko this morning. I woke up and by whole back was really stiff and sore. Had to hit it with one of those percussion massagers and a lomi stick. It worked pretty good. Once I was in keiko, the circulation was going and it was going well...for a while. Midway through, my right elbow started to get sore. I think I hyper extended it. Was able to practice a little more til the end of keiko. Went home and iced it down. Felt much better and the "pulled" feeling was gone.

My wife and I went to the mall for lunch and I was barely awake. I was so tired.

Haven't finished the shelf we built yesterday, but maybe if I have time I can finish it during the week. I'll see if can post some pics.

Yes, Its a boring entry. Hopefully something interesting will happen in the coming week.

Thanks for reading.

Hi M, Sh, Se (and other kendo buddies I know who may be reading this blog),

Just in case I won't make it to tomorrow's keiko - let me just say,
THANK YOU for all of your - super cool people I've met through kendo that I will always treasure - friendship during my short + sweet days at My***ji.

Best of luck with everything and wish you the continued success in your work, kendo, family and health.

Domo Mahalo Gozaimashita!

P.S. To Sh, have fun + kick butt in Japan (I'm so proud of you!) and don't hesitate to call my parents if you need anything.

P.S.S. Good luck with the tournament, too!

YO-

I'm so sad that I didn't get to see you before you left. Thanks for the cute letter. The drawings were really neat. I started a blog too so that I could let you guys know how practices in Japan are going (I know I'll only be gone 10 days but still).

MC- I linked to you. Hope you don't mind. See you tonight.
