Today i finally got to get some Pho' (Vietnamese noodle soup) I've been jonezing for. I really like the Pho' there (Saigon's - at the top of Waialae). The owners were on vacation for a month and just came back. Went in, and bam, it was on. I walked out of there pretty satisfied. Its been colder than usual these past couple of days. Make for nice naps. The only drawback with the Pho, is that i get hungry about an hour later, but its all about the taste....the taste.
Finally got back into the dojo last night after a week of being sick and recovering. It wasn't bad as I thought i was gonna be. I actually felt I was able to have some quality jigeiko with a few of the senseis. My shoulders and trap muscles are pretty sore today. Hopefully i can work out the kinks and knots in the next few practices. A few of our kendo friends are competing in Canada this weekend, Its supposed to be a biggie. I hope to compete next year. This year is also the 14th(?) World Kendo Championships in Taipei. The Hawaii team hasn't been selected yet. Been thinking of going to watch, but i don't know about my fundage and Sugahdaddy schedule. There's a possible trip to the Philippines in late April with my dad too. Wouldn't mind getting in some eskrima time there. I don't know...
Don't want to overthink. I'll figure something out.
Anybody have buddhist name? Just curious.

You pho'kin suck. Now I'm jonesin' for some pho too. All I had for lunch was a "chickin" patty and cereal. Argh. I was planning on going to Taiwan. Maybe we can go to the motherland (China) after? Waddya say?

Pho was goooood! Not sure on Taiwan, my fundage might not be too happening. Still have a lot of bills to take care of. We'll see...
Hey - I forgot to ask you guys while you two were giggling about. Something about not saying or reading it out loud...now I can't stop wondering...
Thanks for the nice chow time - hope I get to do that again before I leave here (or I'll just come back earlier).
Hope you two enjoy the music and if I don't see you tomorrow night (I'll check the address tonight and Mapquest it ready tonight so I can leave right after work - if they let me leave before 7...that is), I'll see you Tuesday after next.
Have a great keiko!
